"The best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything was fantastic, especially the staff. Every employee we met was kind, eager to help and with such a great attitude. The hotel is beautiful and calming, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was a la cart and delicious. We especially liked the breakfast waitress, can't remember her name but she arrived 2 months ago from Peru. She was charming. The hotel is a little outside the CBD, in the Docklands so not close to all the main attractions but there were plenty of restaurants around and we took an Uber to the downtown to see the sights. Would love to stay again next time we are in Melbourne."
