One suggestion would be that, during the check in/check out process, they inform you that your credit card was initially charged an additional $50, in addition to room charge. Any credit will take 3-5 business days. The guest folio, printed at check out, did not show the amount already charged at check in or the credit amount that would be processed.

There were numbers written on the bedroom wall. The train noise was louder than expected, woke me up a couple times. Wasn't a pool or a hot tub. The parking was unacceptable. If you use the valet, you're fine. The open parking was on one floor, very small, charged by each vehicle driven. Worst part was I paid for parking, but didn't have a place to park one night. But I will add, the staff was exceptional.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, front desk ladies were amazing!! So friendly. Cat you were the best!! We will be back for sure. Great location. Food at the Landings restaurant was amazing.
