Room was a bit shabby, needs an overhaul and deep clean. Didn’t look like the pics of some of the rooms that have been refreshed. Keys continually stopped working. Dishwasher was old and hard to operate without housekeeping showing us how. Cleaners forgot to replace towels when taking old ones. Overall it was fine for what we needed but not a grea experience overall.

It was value for money stay. There were some issues during our stay. Some were fixed while some remained outstanding when we left. The staff were courteous, the property was clean. Back of the bathroom door was filthy. Floor grout is black when you can see that the rest of the grout is trying to be white as it gruaduates up the wall. Small hole in the wall behind the front door need to be repaired. Kitchen was fine. Whats the use of having a large balcony when there are no chairs or table on the balcony. Balcony seem, to need some TLC and cleaning. Room for that price.. need some work to bring to standard of others around. I would use this again but would take something else in the price bracket if offered near it. Parking to get out at the end took a long time to answer to let us out.
