청결도 만족에 전망이 아주 좋고 아침에 산책하기에 좋음
아주 깨끗하고 넓고 보타닉가든의 전망이 너무 좋아요. 직원들 친절하시고 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 교통도 편리합니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 없는게 조금 불편했고 나머진 아주 괜찮았습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

여자친구 생일파티를 위해 그냥 하루 묵었는데 아주 좋았습니다. 일단 방은 깨끗하고 조용해요. 난방 잘되고 슬리퍼랑 칫솔 치약빼곤 필요한건 다 구비되있어요.

전체적으로 나쁘지 않은 호텔이었어요 ^^
트램 타고 시티 이동 하기에 호텔 바로 앞에 정류장이 있어서 이동 하기 편리하고 주변은 주택가 또는 호텔이라 조용하게 지내기 좋아요 바로 옆에 보타닉 가든 있어서 마지막날 산책도 가고 전쟁 기념관도 다녀왔어요 걸어서 2분 거리였어요 시티 중심으로 갈려면 트램타고 10분 정도면 다 갈수 있었어요 호텔까지는 무료 트램이 안되는 단점이 있지만 마이키카드 쓰면 얼마 안빠져나가요 ~ 저희가 방문했을때 급 추워져서 조금 추웠지만 지낼만 했어요 ~ 24시간 프론트에 사람이 있어서 편리했어요 호텔은 전체적으로 새 건물은 아니예요 하지만 침대 너무 편했어요 꿀잠잤어요 ㅎㅎ

Great location! A bit dated and need of refurbishment to conpete with other accomodation around the area. Cleanliness was a bit wanting, the rangehood was not cleaned properly The access cards to work elevator and doors were always faulty. Otherwise, staff were very helpful.

It looks like a tired property - things like bathroom fittings looked very old for a 4 star hotel. The corridor and stairs from the car park to the lobby were not clean and very dingy.

This was our third stay in 2 weeks, the first two rooms was clean and one was more modern and recently refurbished. Unfortunately this room was not clean and a bit run down. Although staff was very friendly and helpful, our last visit was a huge disappointment due to the condition of the room.

The prooerty may be a little old and therefore have a bit stale smelly in the corridors etc, but it was close enough to everything, the staff were helpful and polite and it was worth the money in our opinion.

Nice location, quiet but close to the CBD. Staff were great but a couple of small things that could have been improved were no milk for coffee or tea and there was leftover food in the fridge from previous occupant.

They need to lift their game Gym and pool towels are not provided you use your room towels, then when you want to shower and order new towels you have to wait 1/2 hour for house keeping to arrive. There is no restaurant on or near by café around the corner but closed on the weekends We stayed more than one night tea coffee and milk wasn’t supplied each day Find somewhere else to stay

Cleaners aren't the best in the world and the rooms are showing age, but it is tidy and spacious. The pool is nice for a dip, the spa was clean and small gym has enough equipment for a decent workout. Location is brilliant between botanic gardens and albert park and trams right out front just a few quick stops into central city.

This apartment is very conveniently located and we visited war shrine, contemporary art center, and theater, all by walking less than half hour. As a silver award recipient of Expedia, the apartment gave us a free parking space, which is awesome as this is in the city of Melbourne.

Overall the place was good, it was clean but could use a little more cleaning for example the walls in the bathrooms would benefit a lot from a deep cleaning as would the curtains in the bedroom as well as the edges on the walls which had a lot of dust. Our favorite part was the Spa in the pool area, we were able to relax and have a good time.

Was disappointed we had no power during our stay. Planned outage but couldn’t tell us until after we checked in in case we cancelled the booking? A few things lacking like bedside lamps - one provided was faulty. Didn’t work It’s a good location. Handy to have self contained - kitchen etc

Served our purpose
Rooms were clean, some of the fittings a little dated - the curtains need attention as they are hanging down and the light near the bed was clearly broken. Kitchen showing its age but the couch was comfortable and we enjoyed the large size of the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. the location for us was perfect and we appreciated the off street undercover parking.

I have stayed here many times. I like the location, just outside of the CBD on St Kilda road, it is still easy to get into the city either by tram or walking. The walk is nice as there are several historic buildings as well as the botanical gardens along the way. I love that there is a small kitchen with basic tools for cooking meals, as well as the washer and dryer which is one of the main reason I stay here when traveling. The property could do with some updating, especially things like the elevators and common areas but overall not an issue that would stop me from staying. Only other negative was that the restaurant that is attached to the hotel is closed now so you have to go out for breakfast, dinner etc, but if you buy groceries for a longer stay this is also not a major problem.

Great location immediately opposite the Shrine of Remembrance. We actually had a balcony overlooking it - wish we could have stayed more nights! Big room and comfortable beds too.

Extremely dated. Stains all over the floor (worse than I would usually expect). Sound of water running through the wall all the time. Could feel the mattress springs digging into us at night.
