I phoned as stated 3/4 hour before arriving at the property so that i would be met in the foyer as they did not have a reception desk. No one replied to the phone call but a recorded message to send a text.

The apartments where very nice, happy with them, but the customer service was disgusting, the girl wasn't very helpful, just kepted saying, if you don't do this we will cancel your rooms, she told me this 4 times plus and even sent me a email saying this. In stead of trying to sort the problem, she was rude and aragumentive. Needs more training or the sack. The man was very helpful.

We had a 50th floor apartment with amazing views of the Yarra and the city. The apartment was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It is in the perfect location for enjoying everything Melbourne has to offer.

Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, NVG art gallery, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to communicate with staff, who were very friendly.

I like the view, the location and the lay out of the apartment. I did not like the water in the shower. It is hard to adjust to the temperature of the water in the shower and the water flow is not strong enough.

The apartment location was amazing. However, the apartment we stayed in did not look like the pictures as it was a different apartment. Also we discovered upon check in that we could not use any of the hotel facilities as we were not long stay residents. This was not indicated anywhere at all when booking and we were very disappointed as we were looking forward to utilising these.

Good apartment but poor customer service

Arriving at night, the process was weird with no dedicated reception and I was turned away by the building concierge and after an hour of wandering around the area trying to find the place I was looking for, I came back and insisted on entry so not what you want being tired at 11pm after a flight. Then I was told that the company couldn’t respond to my queries til business hours two days later as their office was unattended on weekends. So my mistake for not realising it was not a hotel setup. Even during my stay, some of the building concierges were unfriendly asking me brusquely if I was in the wrong building. The apartment itself was well located and well furnished although the shower recess was unclean.

Size of property was good, it was well laid out with excellent finishes and fittings. The quality of the apartment overall was higher than most four star hotels. The lack of amenities however made it feel a little less special.
