The Royal Lion Hotel
We had a family room up on the top floor. It was so cosy and quirky and huge. The whole hotel had a beautiful ambience it felt so Christmassy with all the lights and the trees all very tastefully done. The staff was super friendly. We cannot wait to come back

The Manor Hotel by Greene King Inns
Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...
