"Stay was alright. A little dated and a few electrical wires on show. Needs a bit of an upgrade but it was alright for an overnight stay."

"Pool towels were only available sometimes. No barbecues on the property. The beach is not great and not conducive for swimming there. The pool and hot tub were great. The elevator in our building was broken which was annoying. The food by the pool stops service way too early."

"The porch with our unit was spectacular with a view of the ocean, and nice chairs to relax. The unit was a little dated, but the kitchen was well furnished. I’m glad we selected the Hyatt Vacation Club over a standard hotel. The little restaurant/bar poolside was convenient and the staff were very friendly. Check in was quick."

"Great super clean resort. Room was beautiful. Not on the main Key West strip, but hourly shuttle that drops you off right there. Only issue was the lack of water pressure. Resort is becoming a Hilton property in a few months."
