Very stained and torn carpet in room and in lobby. Staff was neutral. Went to visit rooftop bar during posted hours to find it closed. Clump of black hair found in towel upon first use.

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and staff were nice. This hotel is located in the middle of downtown and we felt safe walking around. We didn’t eat at there or have drinks because there are so many places to eat and have drinks in Beale Street and the surrounding area

Big Cypress Lodge
Had a good stay here. It really is one of a kind. We had a good time. Check in is at 4pm which is a bit of a shame in my opinion, luckily we got in an hour or so early. Room was clean but did find cookie crumbs all over the coffee machine area. We stayed in the duck cabin and it was really impressive. ...
