Ok, I’ve had BBQ from all the hot spots in the USA. Texas, North Carolina, a close second was Springfield , MO but this place topped them all. Central BBQ in Memphis, TN. The wait is usually out the door but it’s well worth it! I had to showcase it here if you’re visiting Memphis. It’s worth a taste. It’s my favorite!!!

Beauty Shop Restaurant is in the Midtown Neighborhood in Memphis. This popular restaurant used to be a beauty shop, and still has some of the original decor (like the hair dryer chairs!). The food is amazing and the staff are very helpful. Read more about it here: http://bit.ly/1WHZLFP
