The staff, especially the breakfast and restaraunt staff, were extremely friendly and gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. “Our stay in Mendocino was excellent. The room was extremely clean, check in was seamless, breakfast was brought to our door (Wow) and was tasty. The location made movement in Mendocino easy and while the weather wasn't conducive to sitting outside, the courtyard was lovely and would have been a great place to hang out. Finally, we were treated to a wine and cheese happy hour each day. The experience was worth the price of admission.”

“The Headlands Inn has an ideal location; close to downtown, the coastal beach area, and fine dining. John welcomed us and helped answer several questions during our stay. The two breakfasts were outstanding, and the cookies put out in the afternoon were delicious. The room was quiet and comfortable. We were quite pleased with our choice of bed and breakfast.”
