"Hotel appearance was nice. Lobby was nice and clean. Front desk staff were nice. My room had a few issues, but I dealt with it. The room floors were a bit dirty still so it could have used another pass through with vacuuming. There were stains on the wall in the bathroom (near the toilet), along with the couch. The bed was comfortable and clean sheets. One major thing was the AC. Even though it worked, the room temp would not go above 64F. It was on heat mode and I tried to set the room temp to 70 but temperature remained at 64. Had to turn off the AC overnight since it was too cold but had to turn it back on in the middle of the night since the room was getting a bit stuffy. Overall 3/5 rating"
