Great place to stay
Hotel in a very good location, na car parking but still very well-kept, clean, tidy. Incredibly nice servic, I believe that people make this place even more enjoyable and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Great Value, central location with a great staff.
Hotel centrally located on the island, so it is great place to stay if you are planning to see a lot of Menorca. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and hospitable. The surrounding community is quiet, clean, and safe. I chose the half board option and the dinner was really great with regional and Spanish cuisine. Great value.

Very nice place, good location.
Very nice and small hotel. WiFi wasn't so great in my room (I guess to far away from AP). Service was very good and friendly. Mercadal isn't so super-touristy, but there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby; and the town is right at the Me-1, the main road from Mahon to Ciurtadella. The hotel is close to the bus stop and a free car park. Given that Mercadal is pretty much in the centre of Minorca, it is a good base for trips around the island. The walls are a bit thin, so you get a bit of noise from other people in the other rooms.

We arrived later than we thought but nothing was too much trouble, even got us something to eat! Nice friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay. Only downside was there was a kettle but no other tea making facilities in our room! but not to worry!!

El personal, tanto de recepción como del restaurante, fueron muy amables y atentos. El horario de la piscina, por otro lado, me gustaría que hubiera sido un poco más amplio, ya que a las 19:30 se cerraba (y a esa hora todavía estaba visitando sitios)

Prix exorbitant pour des prestations insuffisantes
Trop cher, service déplorable! 245€ Pour une chambre avec un canapé lit plus un grand kingsize.??! Dans un 3* sans plus. Carrelage hyper glissant pas adapté à la pièce d’eau. Pas de savon… les plus petites quantités de gel imaginables. Les serveuses remplacent la réception entre 13h00 et 15h00. Personne pour commander un taxi… Seuls les jeunes serveurs se sont montrés sympathiques dans cet hôtel sans charme qui se révèle être beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il offre. Seul le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du prix (non inclus dans le prix!)

Recomendaría el Hotel Jeni. És un sitio sencillo y limpio. Lo único que comentar que las luces de las mesitas de noche no funcionaban. De todos modos, está a 1 minuto del centro de Mercadal. A muy pocos metros de la estación de autobuses y de un supermercado.

Sejour sympathique
Ville idéalement placée pour visiter l’ensemble de l’île (vous ne serez jamais a plus de 25 min de votre destination !) Le personnel de l’établissement est a l’écoute de notre besoin. La ville est relativement calme et dispose de quelques bars et restaurants pour agrémenter vos soirées. Dommage toutefois que les horaires de piscine et de jacuzzi soient trop restrictifs pour en profiter après une journée de tourisme (fermeture à 19h30)

Estancia perfecta, habitación y baño amplios. Hotel situado en zona tranquila y silenciosa que favorece el descanso. El hecho que el alojamiento se sitúe en medio de la isla, hace que las distancias sean cortas. Repetiría estancia en este hotel.

La ubicacion esta bien para visitar toda la isla, si vas en coche, ademas se puede aparcar en la calle. El personal del hotel muy amable. La habitacion y el baño no son gran cosa pero no están mal. El aire acondicionado nos falló una noche. La nevera de la habitacion no funcionaba.

Realmente un hostal que podría ser perfectamente hotel e incluso mejor que muchos hoteles donde me hospedado. Lo único a destacar los colchones algo blandos y una cortina que impida la entrada de luz. Es algo que me molesto bastante
