"Didn’t get what I paid for and the room was mis-advertised. During booking, I paid extra for a double bed but was given two beds pushed together. The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it. "Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours. So honestly I...
