the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. the food was goodand the bar prices very reasonable If you are staying on a saterday night the hotel puts a fiesta on with dancers and other acts right outside and you can sit in the forecourt of the hotel and have a grat view. staff proffessional and very helpful and all speak english

Since the moment we arrive the lovely hostess was quick and gab us some recommendations, The hotel is clean and spacious, there is water dispenser, Shop and a restaurant (which o have not tried). Is in a central locatio easy to reach or wait for taxi also there is parking space. Over all i love it

Nice big room. Beautiful tile floors. Close and walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking is a little hard to find. You have to get a key and open. I ended up parking parallel close to hotel but no issues.

The hotel is in a perfect location and the architecture and decorations are beautiful. However, we experienced a few inconveniences: - Safety box was not functioning and it was not attached to any structure. It was just placed inside a piece of furniture in the room. - The room was hot and felt moldy when we checked in.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I have stayed many times and always look forward to it. Aside from how cute it is, the water pressure is good, bed is comfortable, the a/c works great, the wifi is reliable and the staff is excellent.

Our first visit to Merida was fantastic and staying at the boutique hotel made it so memorable. The casona is so peaceful, lush and quaint. The staff was great too! William at the restaurant was so helpful and gave great tips for traveling and seeing other parts of Merida. It’s prrfext for a getaway with your partner, spouse or girls trip. We were minutes from shopping, restaurants and Plaza Santa Ana.

The staff were wonderful the whole time we were there! The hotel itself is a beautiful atmosphere and just added to the experience of travelling there. We booked a tour directly through the hotel and they had great recommendations for us as to where to eat around the area. 10/10 great stay and would stay again.

Quiet meditative ambience inside, plants and birds everywhere. Room was cleaned daily and was spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly, although one of the waiters in the restaurant area was very passive and surly which made me not want to go there anymore (hence the 4 stars for service).

Beautiful, private, very clean, staff constantly in motion, caring for plants and cleaning. Restaurant was delicious, every meal was fabulous and reasonably priced. The rooms are huge, as are the bathrooms. The gift shop is not to be missed. We founds gifts we never saw anywhere else. 10/10 Cannot wait until we can return to Casa San Angel!!

I had a great four days. I traveled solo and felt very safe walking in the neighborhoods around the hotel. Staff was lovely, the room was spacious and well equipped and the pool and complimentary breakfast were simple and perfect.
