"My wife and I loved this hotel. Its unbeatable location right on Plaza de España, in the heart of Mérida’s historic center, allows you to walk to most of the city’s extraordinary Roman archaeological sites with ease. The hotel’s public areas and guest rooms are beautifully decorated with Roman and Moresque-inspired themes that reflect the rich history of Mérida. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and equipped to the standard you expect from a true four‑star property. The staff was consistently cordial, knowledgeable, and on several occasions went above and beyond to be helpful. Their professionalism genuinely elevated our stay. Parking is convenient: the hotel offers valet service for a daily fee, or you can choose nearby public parking options within a short 10‑minute walk. Hotel ILUNION Mérida Palace delivers a sense of understated luxury, combining elegance with exceptional service and high standards across the board. I highly recommend it. Thank you to staff for making our stay very pleasant."

"This was a wonderful hotel! The lobby is clean, smells fresh, and is very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the food was tasty. We also enjoyed a hot meal and drinks at the restaurant while watching a game on the large screen television. It is just a few minutes from Merida and has a lot of free parking. I would definitely stay here again! I recommend it highly!"

And its well located with a big supermarket near by, as well as bars and restaurants. It was a short walk from the hotel to the nearby roman Bridge and other sites. I would stay here again."
