"The hotel is very nice and the staff I spoke to were very friendly. However, I was not informed that they had breakfast and I didn’t find out until the second morning of my stay when I was leaving for the day. It would have been nice to know. I don’t know what other amenities I missed out on while I was there. I also had an issue with the lights in my room turning on or off whenever the neighbors slammed their door (which happened often). The walls were super thin so I got to listen to the family next door one night of my stay which was not great. But it was very safe and comfortable for a solo female traveler. I had a horrible trip and never plan to return to Denver (not the fault of the hotel) but if I ever did I would stay there again. "

"Although the property was clean & the beds comfortable, it lacks some creature comforts. And the location is great if you are using Centennial Airport or are working there, but noisy if not. I imagine the Broncos may enjoy the hotel with close proximity to the airport & Dove Valley. There is no microwave in the standard rooms & the 1 microwave in their little store area didn't work. The tap water tastes bad, so I had to buy bottled water. The restaurant area is not conveniently connected to the kitchen, so waitstaff had to walk to a kitchen entrance outside the restaurant area. One day during my stay, there was no chef for breakfast. The hotel is in an industrial area with views of warehouses & construction equipment. The view from my window was of the HVAC system mounted on the roof. There did not seem to be anyplace close by to take a walk with trees or greenery. I will not stay there again. It was just kind of weird."
