“Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return.”

“Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

“Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe ”

“It is not easy to find properties that are pet friendly so we are always keen to try them out. Birches Apartment was a good size with a comfortable layout and in a great location close to much of what Melbourne has to offer. The bed was comfortable with good quality Hotel type sheets. Yes it’s a bit tired with the age and style of the building but it’s fairly typical of other places we’ve tried in the past when we need to stay with our two small dogs. “생각했던 것 보다는 방이 아담했는데, 청결도는 좋았습니다. 단지 방 위치가 입구여서 사람들 왔다갔다 하는 소리며 밑에가 바로 주차장어서 이른 아침부터 소음들이 좀 심해서 잠을 제대로 잘 수가 없었어요. 근데 입구 방만 아니면 컨디션은 좋은 편이었을 것 같아요. 그리고 1층에 창이 있으니깐 열어놓으면 지나가는 사람들이 다 볼수 있어서 커텐도 계속 쳐놨어야 했고요. 혹시 방 예약하실 때 1층 입구방만 피하시면 완벽하실 것 같아요.”

“Spacious room. Small bathroom. Heating worked well. Contactless check in - had to call a number for them to remotely let us in the hotel and our room. Microwave and plates in the room was handy. Free street parking overnight. Overall good value for money.”

“Place was near the station which was very convenient. Rooms are quite dated but with what you pay for it is really not bad at all. Staff was very nice. Toilets unfortunately always had pee on them when I stayed there. Does tend to get noisy with all the cars if your room is next to a road. Also have to give a deposit for a key which isn't the best for a solo female traveller.”

“The rooms n bathrooms were quite big. Shenever i ask , staffs answered n helped us out. Good location to downtown but quiet area with smsll cute restrants ariund n big grocery store right nexg to Ques Kew.if want to cook n feed yourself ?kitchen looks good too. If the swimming pool is bigger, that would be great. Not much time to stay in though. Snyway even laundary n dry..perfect for family rest.”
