Tavern in the square is 0.6 miles away from us, and there is a Mobile gas station 0.8 miles down the road. It is required that we receive a deposit for renting out rooms because, this insures that if any damage is caused, we have some sort of compensation. Unfortunately, 100 most of the time does not cover damages caused, therefore it is reasonable. As for the amenities we offer, you could always reach out to the desk as we have someone there 24 hours. Housekeeping is only offered to long term guests who have been here longer then 4 days. We do not have fans in any of our guest room bathrooms. Thank you for your feedback!
