"I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. I checked in at 5 p.m., but my husband arrived at 2 a.m. The front desk wouldn’t let him in, even though I had booked the room for two people. Despite him having the key, the receptionist said he couldn’t enter because of some visitor policy. I had to wake up and go downstairs to bring him in. I don’t understand why this happened, especially since I paid for two guests from the beginning. I expected much better service."

The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! "
