"Le check-in est à 16:00. Aucune flexibilité ou effort, même si on arrive de l’étranger en décalage horaire. L’accueil a manqué de chaleur. Grande chambre et lit confortable, bien insonorisée, bien que glaciale à notre arrivée. Grande salle de bain avec toutes les facilités et bons produits, dommage que le bain écorché et le comptoir marqué puissent laisser croire que ce n’est pas vraiment propre."

"better than expected. Staff super friendly and helpful Car park 2 minutes away ( public car park and supposedly the cheapest in the area for a 24 hour period the design detail is amazing check out the 9th floor cocktail bar amazing cocktail maker - he made drinks not on the menu will return again"

"The hotel has under ground car parking which we appreciated although it was very tight so would not like to be in a big car. The hotel had a pool that we did not use but it right on the river which is nice. The hotel was dated but clean and in a good position and the staff were helpful."

"Parking is a short walk from the Hotel, but easy to find and the instructions provided at the front desk were simple and clear to follow. A lovely nights sleep in a well appointed room. Thank you!"

"Stayed at Hotel Alerion on several occasions. It seems like there are new owners. I was a little disappointed with the maintenance. The light in the bathroom was so dim that you could not see. After several requests, it was replaced and worked great. The elevator was out of order and from what I heard , it has been like that since November 2025. The room was nice . The staff was very good and helped carry the luggage. They also helped us with directions. Overall, it was a nice stay."
