The facilities were decent overall. Many areas were not as pictured, showing obvious signs of wear and tear. While I do appreciate the safety at the facility, it often felt like we were imprisoned behind the bars, waiting to be released. Most of the workers were very polite, especially the cleaning staff.

The location was excellent. The staff was amazing and helpful. The room is great. I would give the experience 5 stars, but the bed mattresses were Terrible. My family took turns sleeping in the sofa. Worst beds ever! Everything else was fantastic, but our trip was tainted by a couple of rock-hard mattresses. If the beds are upgraded, I would stay again.

We loved our place, it was beautiful clean and I loved the decor, the balcony, location can’t be beat. Location super safe, the building super clean always. Breakfast at the building is ok. Front desk personnel is really attentive always ready to help but female employee needs to learn to smile a little and make guests feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great location, you could not find a better place in Polanco in terms of walking to all the restaurants, parks, cafes, etc. Really nice and helpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom unit for 5 of us and it worked great because the couch was also very comfortable for sleeping. We loved it.

Great location, people were very accommodating. Apartment was clean and well stocked with all necessities, could have had a working safe in the second bedroom. Apartment’s bathrooms were small but understandable due to the space.
