My stay at this property was convenient to centro mexico, a short taxi ride away..felt save…super clean and friendly staff. There was a nice park nearby, a nice plus for walk about The complimentary breakfast was excellent, variety of menu options was more than enough. I would absolutely WOULD stay at this property again.

The best part of this hotel is the staff and convenient location to transportation. A little noisy from traffic but earbuds solve that issue. Buffet is average but room service was very good.

I stayed over the weekend and the overall the hotel is great, it has nice parking, the rooms are clean, the food was actually good and it has public transport right in front in case you need it. When we did the check-in the girls at front desk were super nice, they explained everything to us, answered all our questions, all good, BUT! at our check out time the lady at front desk was rude, she blamed us for something that was not our fault (she didnt ask, she just pointed fingers) and she assumed we hid our kids when doing the check in, of course that was not the case, my family and I arrived at the lobby, all at the same time, apperantly there was some miss communication but the way she handled it was horrible.

I just stayed at the Hotel Kali la Raza in Mexico City from March 12 to 21. Personally, I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's easy to get to from the airport and is located at the junction of major thoroughfares, and the traffic can sometimes make it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, if this is the case (it was mine anyway), the hotel's reception staff are very friendly, helpful and receptive to guests' requests, and will quickly and favorably resolve your situation according to the availability of rooms at the time. The hotel is just 10 steps from the Circuit Metrobus station (lines 1 and 3), making it easy and affordable to get to and from tourist attractions and other parts of the city. Cleanliness is exquisite in this hotel, and it's in every nook and cranny. I did, however, deplore the “smallness” of the lobby. I think the small gym there could be moved elsewhere or to the upper floors and thus extend the lobby somewhat. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would definitely return. Room tip: avoid rooms facing the main street (e.g. 114, 214,...) because of the traffic on this busy thoroughfare.

We didn’t rent a car butt we would’ve felt safe if we did because the parking lot is inside of the facility! Also the staff was very friendly, and the facility was maintained very clean. The rooms are very spacious. There is an elevator in the facility so that is always a plus bc of luggages. Overall our experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend to stay here :)
