The price can't be beat, especially if you're the type of laissez-faire traveler who'll be out most of the day and just cares about the bed and shower. The hotel's fairly clean and there's a decent amount of options for food/ groceries nearby and is a short hop from popular attractions. This hotel is not fun for the whole family however, in fact it's more of a motel so expect mating noises way into the night. It seems to primarily cater to local workers visiting from out of town as well as those only needing a room for an hour or 6. Recommended to foreign tourists only if you can handle the language barrier and the wall's sound barrier (or have really good earplugs).

It is conveniente for solo traveller. Keep in mind it is an adult hotel and there might be some sounds from others guests’s rooms. There is no elevator inside the building, so near that if you are traveling with trolleys. I stayed one night, everything was good and as expected. No complaints at all. Thank you guys

Booking at this hotel even if you have prior reservations when you arrive there! You still may not have a room 2 stay in! Because they've already rented it out! And late at night that's just a shame... It really seems like they're catered to the nightlife with girls coming in and out.

The room is really hot. They do not even have a fan. A fan is a must. In addition the sexual noises after dark, of your neighbors will make your sleeping difficult. But, if you are open minded you will be fine. 🙂

I have stayed at the property many times so I knew what to expect. It is not new but is in good condition and clean. Very basic place. There are a few good places to eat in San Rafael nearby and its close to both Normal and San Cosme metro stations. Be aware at this type of property it is unusual for your trash to be emptied, bed made, towels changed during your stay unless you specifically request it as needed. The desk clerks tend to be friendly. No or very little English spoken.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Una experiencia decepcionante Reservé este hotel porque me lo recomendaron como una excelente opción de hospedaje. Sin embargo, la realidad fue muy diferente a lo que esperaba. Aunque reservé una habitación para pasar la noche, al llegar me encontré con un establecimiento que funciona principalmente como hotel de paso, con habitaciones que también se rentan por horas. Considero que esto debería comunicarse con mayor claridad, especialmente para quienes buscamos un alojamiento cómodo y agradable durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el espacio no me pareció particularmente agradable y la limpieza dejó bastante que desear. Definitivamente, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Otro punto negativo es la ubicación. El hotel se encuentra alejado de avenidas principales, lo que dificulta la movilidad hacia zonas como Paseo de la Reforma y otros puntos de interés de la ciudad. En general, mi experiencia fue decepcionante. No es el tipo de hospedaje que esperaba por la manera en que me lo recomendaron. Considero que existen mejores alternativas para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una ubicación conveniente. Personalmente, no lo recomendaría para una estancia turística o de varios días.
