Very clean, friendly, down-to-earth neighborhood. Stay close to Coyoacan without paying Coyoacan prices, and you'll probably be even more comfortable.

Very helpfull staff

Service was great and very friendly. We arrive early for check in as we were in Mexico city for only one day and we were able to rest. Pamela, Victor and the other staff were really great!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and a comfortable bed. I even had dinner at the bar and everything tasted amazing. Breakfast was a full buffet that had many delicious items. They even decorated for Dios Los Muertas and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, I can not give 5 stars as I left my charger lugged in. When I called that evening they said they couldn’t find it. I know exactly where it was plugged in and they were not being honest.

On the floor there were some contractors remodeling some rooms. Noice during the day and intensive painting odor during the nigh. The hotel is in good condition.

There was a big outage and got stuck in the elevator. Immediately the staff communicated with me through the speakers and immediately were able to get me out. Fast response. Super professional. The power back took over quickly.
