A fantastic place to stay! The location is ideal, with a variety of excellent dining options just a short walk away. It's also conveniently close to public transportation, including both Metrobus and Metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The area feels safe and well-connected, perfect for both tourists and business travellers alike. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning to the beautiful Mexico City! :)
Pretty great spot for the price. If youre staying on the top floor, be ready for stairs. Super nice staff, but absolutely bizarre rules - like no alcoholic drinks in your room. Which makes it feel like youre a guest in grandmas house. Strange.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The hotel is very well situated in an excellent area of the city with many restaurants and Chapultepec park nearby. The staff is pretty friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there were several problems with the room. There were windows in the room, but they were facing a shared balcony, so opening the curtains was out of the question. On this shared balcony was a ventilation unit that periodically turned on and produced a very loud sound. I didn't have a problem sleeping, but it was extremely annoying and could potentially make sleep difficult for some people. The washroom was clean, but had a toilet that could only be flushed once every few hours and a shower that took a few minutes to generate hot water. There was no water at all on one afternoon when I came back to the room. The walls were very thin and you could hear almost everything going on outside the room (people walking up the stairs, down the hallway, entering their rooms, etc). I also stayed in the room for over a week and it was never cleaned. Overall, the hotel is acceptable if you just care about the location and don't plan on staying for very long. Don't expect much outside of just having a place to sleep (if you aren't kept up by all the noise).
The attention from all members of the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The room is small but perfect for one person and it includes a private bathroom. I stayed there perfectly comfortable for 4 days. The area is good too, I walked to the heart of condesa and roma, there’s also a subway station very close by. There are also lots of coffee shops close to the hotel, overall is a great spot I will definitely go back.

The staff was very helpful. The bed comfortable. The room didn’t have any windows!! Not safe in case of fire. The room was not sound proof , could hear lots of sounds from next door bathroom and corridor.
The neighborhood is great with an excellent coffee shop a few feet away.

Volvería a quedarme allí.
