The place is beautiful, the hotel is very well located, there are plenty of restaurant to choose from. One thing that for me was on the negative side was the attitude of the bell boys, “older man” having a rude attitude, just because we were taking our time when we were doing the check in and had to pull stuff from our baggage.

The location of the hotel is great and walkable distance to cafes and shops in the condensa. The hotel itself is also well maintained and beautiful.

Overall not really a 5 star at all.. had to pay for bottles water at the breakfast buffet, and they never indicated… also the shower situation is difficult as it’s so strong you have to aim it to the side so that it doesn’t leak out of the hotel. The staff are friendly though and the location of the hotel is excellent

The staff was amazing and the rooms were quite nice. We also stayed at the andaz, and thought the service was much better at the Mondrian. Exceptional.

Front desk staff was very attentive. As I was leaving, I forgot my laptop in the room. The cleaning crew notified the front desk and the front desk got me right before I was about to hop into the Uber. They saved me big time with their quick action. Thank you!

Amazing staff at the Mondrian, particularly the bellhops were great. Adrian was very helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern. I particularly liked that the shower has a nook you can sit in. The hotel is in a convenient location with walkable viral taco spots/bakeries around.
