Great location if you have errands to run in the Polanco area. Spacious, well equipped suites that are starting to show its age, but very well kept. Very friendly staff and attentive security personnel. Will definitely stay again. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Super recomendado. Mi estancia fue execelente, la ubicación es buenísima, el lugar es muy cómodo y el personal es muy atento y amable. Todo muy limpio siempre, hay muchos lugares cerca para recorrer y comer. Regresaría 100% lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Edificio viejo por dentro. Deprimente. No le han dado ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Todo está en malas condiciones. Los apagadores rotos para prender la lámpara. El baño muy sucio dentro de la regadera, especialmente el piso. Hormigas caminando alrededor de la puerta del baño. Falta cambiar piezas rotas, pintura y renovar los sillones sucios y rotos de la sala. Las toallas viejas y huelen mal. Las cobijas de cama con olor a viejo y muy desgastadas. No te dan jabón para el baño. Pensé lo habían olvidado, llamé para preguntar y me trajeron un bote pequeñito de shampoo que no te alcanza para cabello y cuerpo. Es un gran shock porque asumes que por estar en la zona de Polanco y con una localización excelente seguro que mucha gente lo solicita pero que decepción. No vale la pena ni por el bajo precio que uno paga.

Las sutes estan ubicadas con tiendas y restaurantes cercas, mi estancia fue por trabajo, creo q para una descanso personal es una gran alternativa. Personalmente prefiero el contacta con el personal del lugar, pero la comunicación por media del chat de expedia fue bueno.

Todo súper bien!!👌, sin duda regresaría :), lo único que pediría es que cambiaran el ventilador por uno que hiciera menos ruido porque si se siente calurosa la habitación y se necesita.
