Great location close to many lovely Polanco restaurants and shops, and Lincoln Park. Felt safe and secure, and staff were very nice. Only slight downside was the small size of the bed in the second bedroom. The private patio was a nice touch.

Stayed there before plenty of times. Location was well maintained and great staff. The girls who were in charge somehow not there anymore and the guys in charge are rude, spiteful and very useless. Place not as clean anymore, bed sheets smell and bathrooms are ran down. Not staying there anymore

We very much enjoyed our stay at ULIV. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious, clean, and very quiet at night. Most importantly, the hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood.
