It was good. We stayed for 8 nights and it would have been nice to get housecleaning staff to stop in and at least bring more toilet paper since we were only left with 2 rolls and fresh towels since we were there over a week. No face clothes were provided.

Double booked and left stranded without a room

I booked my specific room a month before and paid up front. When I got there they said I didn’t have a reservation. I showed them my reservation number and my receipt showing how much I paid, how many nights, and the specific room I booked but they insisted I didn’t have a reservation and the room was booked by someone else. I was left to fend for myself and look for another hotel for the next 4 nights. I walked around looking for another hotel that was available for the next 5 days. Took me 3 hours to find another hotel and it was further away than what I wanted but at that point I had no choice. If you plan on staying here have a backup plan in case this happens to you too.

SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN FATAL.

El lugar muy bien, la atención de la gente de Wynwood NEFASTA Y GROSERA, no tienen ni idea del servicio al cliente, por mas que intentas contactarlos les vale y echan de frente al portero del edificio. Lástima por el lugar esta ideal, pero no vuelvo a pernitirme batallar por ellos.

El apartamento es muy bonito tal como las fotos, la ubicacion es muy buena porque queda cerca de una estación del metro y hay muchos restaurantes y locales de comida cerca. El único problema que tuvimos fue que en las noches comenzamos a tener problemas con la luz, se iba y los conectores hacían falso contacto y nos hacía difícil poder cargar nuestros celulares, ver la tele, el internet tardaba en volver a funcionar :/ No tuvimos respuesta rápido y mandaron a una persona a arreglarlo hasta nuestro último dia cuando habían dicho que lo mandarían un dia antes. Es muy bonito y estuvimos bastante comodos a excepcion de esa situacion y la poca accesibilidad y comunicación.
