"I have to say they have the most helpful staff that I have experienced in a long time! Mohammed at the front desk, Mohammet in the restaurant, the management staff, and everyone else we encountered were extremely accommodating. I had a bit of a mix up with my booking, and they took care of it with diligence. I discovered the hotel because I was attending a conference there, but I’m very happy to add it to my list of go to when I come to the Brickell area. Thank you to all!"

"The hotel, staff, rooms and food are top notch. The staff from the front desk, bartender,waiters and room attendant were so pleasant and provided great service. The room was very nice, clean facility and close to the beach. My amazing ocean view made it one of my favorite hotels of all time. So veey nice."
