Miami, Florida hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"The hotel, the location, the amenities and the fountainebleau brand are fabulous! We have stayed at their location in Las Vegas and were blown away with the staff and service! It quickly became our top hotel to stay in. So we eagerly booked the Miami location. We were quickly disappointed. From the moment we checked in it was clear that this location is NOTHING like the Vegas location. It felt as though every staff member hated their jobs and every guest they came in contact with. Every service from the pool, to the coffee bar, to the front desk, to the valet...incredibly rude. We paid almost $600/night to be treated as though we were an inconvenience for being there. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Not only will I never go back but I will let every person I know not to go there. If you are ever in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor and check out their location! You will be treated like royalty and never want to leave!"

"Clean room, all u need. Microwave, coffee,iron and board, hair dryer. Love it. Gustavo staff was the best"

"No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again. "
