Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was poor. An orange colored desk chair was filthy. It was difficult to tell if the carpet was very dirty or just ugly and looked dirty. Nice room but the tv remote was missing batteries, the hot tub wouldn't get hot and the radio on the wall was broken. Other then that it was okay. But one of the main reasons we got the room was for the hot tub which didn't work.
