“Everything was awesome and very satisfactory. Servic,convenience and room service were all great. One thing wistful was way of showerhead which was not easy to use. I think manual to use it properly is needed. Everything except that was wonderful.”

“Property and room were immaculate. Bathroom was squeaky clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with very soft sheets. Location was perfect-near shops and many major sightseeing locales and yet, the room was remarkably quiet! Appreciated the daily messages from the front desk asking if everything was going okay and the prompt responses. ”

“A very small room. It's not upgraded at all. I woke up early in the morning of January 1st of the new year because of the loud sex noise in the neighboring room. There is dirt on the towel and gown. The Pierre Hotel did not offer a 20% discount on food and beverage.”
