“Expected more from a Hilton property. Stayed here before and it was very nice. After an eight hour drive, a relaxing overnight was important. The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting very poor. The clock time was wrong and was locked so it couldn’t be changed. A young child in the room above was running and jumping around starting at 3:30 a.m. Got up at seven; needed a good shower to prepare for the upcoming eight hour drive and shake off an uncomfortable night. “We stayed multiple days for a funeral. The staff was friendly, accomodating. The room was clean, well serviced (towels, toiletries, etc) and comfortable (temperature, low noise). We ate breakdfast daily on site and enjoyed the waffles. We also used the fitness room daily and found it clean, cool and with enough basic equipment.”

He said it must be coming from someone in another room and that the rooms were all connected, whatever that means. Hot breakfast was the same every morning. “The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. ”
