Amazing hotel! Fully equipped kitchen with room, full complement free breakfast!! Large area with grill, tools and spices for residents to use! Heated salt water pool; rooms allow for pets( very welcoming staff— what’s NOT to like??!!!

Amy checked us in Thursday night. She was awesome. The space looks good and clean. I loved the coffee. Got down to breakfast too late so only the egg, ham and cheese croissants were left. They were tasty. It is pet friendly so I did hear some barking one morning but it was faint. Now that I think about it, there is a pet spa or veterinarian across from the hotel. There was a play area fenced in on the side and there were a couple of dogs out there. Lots of places to walk to around there. I would stay there again.

The room had some scuffs and things but was pristine and clean when we arrived. The other tons of things to make your stay more confortable. We saved mo ey stayi g here as a family of 5 we were able to cook in the hotel with what was provided which saved us money on eating out. The staff were amazing and very helpful. When we asked for fresh towels the person who delivered them swept and cleaned up the room. Afterwards they left us a note which i thought was very thoughful and curteous. Pool was nice its heated and saltwater which was very nice for our kids less irritating on the skin and eyes. They even have laundry facilities which was nice for when we went to the bunch and got sand on everything. The only thing i would suggest is having a small broom or something to clean up the floors to help when sandy people bring in sand lol.

I was here to be near my mom in the hospital across the street. The staff anyways asked how she was doing. When she took a sudden unexpected turn and passed the whole staff I and then my sister who made it to town encountered expressed their condolences and even have us cards expressing sympathy. It was undexpected and so kind. I can not express enough gratitude to this locations staff during a difficult time for my family as we ended up extending our stay to handle what to do next. Not only are the rooms more than expected, but the phenominal breakfast has plenty of options for hot food. The staff is excellent and the public areas are clean. There are mini fridges on each floor with bags of ice and water bottle refill stations, unsite laundry, and 24 hr fitness center. Additionally, the heaters on the patio for the chair swings are great and we have yet to try the salt water pool, but it is heated so we may before we check out. TownePlace by Marriott is a breath of welcome air to Middleburg.
