"Room was clean. Location is perfect. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Testarurant was great. Only tow complaints: our coffee cups were not cleaned by housekeeping and the during check-in that kept insisting that my children have some sort of photo id for the city tax. We are currently residing in nearby Toulouse where we had left their passports in the B&B safe. The woman at the front desk couldn't seem to believe this and was kind of rude about it. We travel all over France and England for months out of the year every year. We have never had this issue. Is it a new thing? If so, they should make it clear on the reservation that every person staying at the hotel will need a photo id or send an email - anything other than stressing out late-night travelers who only want to go to bed."

"My late arrival was no problem, property has everything I need for short stay (room plus breakfast) didn't need the kitchen option this time. Just across from rail and bus stations, well lit area at night. As solo female traveller that's a priority. No time for the spa this visit but on previous visits I can recommend a soak in the jacuzzi to get rid of travelling aches."

"I felt very welcome. Staff was great & minded all my special requests. The room was clean, silent & the bed very comfy. Also the bathroom is spacious with a lot of storage areas. In sight-distance to the main station & walkable into centre in about 10min. Can't understand the 2✴️, stayed in 4 that were worse. "
