"The location was central and room was clean. Good dining options nearby. The hotel graciously accepted a bike delivery which was fantastic given our late arrival. The staff would not store our bag which was inconvenient but was helpful in recommending a nearby solution."

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him.
