The manager and front desk lady were exceptional! They were kind and genuine! This was an older hotel but everything worked, they were clean, and accommodating! We loved the employees! Thank yall!

We got there and checked in and they told us we had a $50 deposit via card so I paid it. I went to the room, and could barely open the door because it was previously busted in. In the parking lot there were multiple obvious drug users sitting around walking around. Very un nerving. We get in the room and lock the door and the door on the entertainment center that holds the fridge won’t shut because it’s broken and hanging off crooked. The only soap we had was hand soap so showering was not that great. This was all okay. I got clean, had a bed, and remained safe. THE ISSUE CAME when they kept the security deposit and said it was because one of the rags was left dirty. They told me the dirt was gonna take special detergent to get the dirt out. They wouldn’t send me the policy for the deposit that I apparently signed, even though after researching it they don’t have a specific policy. Just that property damage or smoking can constitute security deposit to be kept. I was on the phone all night. then when I called the Wyndham customer support they said that this hotel is not even a Wyndham. This whole place is a scam. They will now not answer my calls.

Staff was so amazing, she was the only one there and she was on top of her stuff, my first room I had complications, she immediately fixed it, second room same thing, third room she even went and checked and made sure everything worked for me while I moved my things. She was extremely quick and respectful!!! for the room that was fully working everything was amazing, plus they also have a waffle maker and batter and water always in the lobby, circling back to staff she even went and got my diaper bag for me that I had accidentally left in a different room. Fridge was good size provided 4 towels so never had to ask for more AND we were not bothered even once. Great place for price !
