"The stay was fine but me and my friend who flew in from Florida picked this hotel specifically to relax in the hot tub and it was closed during our stay. No one informed us at the front desk and we changed and walked down to use it and there was a sign on the door stating it was closed so that was quite disappointing."

"The room we were given smelled terribly of smoke which was an issue for me and since we checked in later in the evening we did not address with the staff. Could not get a restful stay unfortunately. Staff check in and other interactions were great, just room smell. "

"the rooms wallpaper seem out dated. the one staff that was working the night shift seem short and kind of rude while talking to me."

"Wow! A wonderful stay. We loved all 4 nights there. Quiet well appointed suite. Very clean and excellent caring staff. Fun deli & bar inside. Excellent breakfast. Shower was hot and the bathroom was laid out very well. Bed was luxurious and comfortable. Highly recommend !"
