Excellent room, very clean, large comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Restaurant was excellent food and service. Perhaps more expensive than usual Campanile food but much superior to the usual. Will certainly stay there again.

Odeur d'égout dans salle de bain et chambre

L'hôtel est très propre. Mais inondation dans la salle de bain à chaque douche : pas de joint entre le bac de douche et la parroie vitrée, donc c'est une pataugeoire... Odeur d'égout dans toute la chambre pendant tout le séjour... c'est pestilentiel et c'est très difficile de dormir dans ces conditions là.

Chambre avec rangements, bureau et plateau pour se faire thé, café. Salle de bain agréable et bien éclairée. L'hôtel est tranquille bien qu'il se situe dans une zone commerciale. Restaurants à proximité.

La marge faite par Hôtels.com sur le montant de la facture est injustifiée, anormale et du coup inacceptable. L’accueil a été très bien, mais le confort par rapport au prix est en dessous de mon attente. Problème de chauffage, sas d’entrée manque d’herméticité. Gros point noir pour moi, la gêne occasionnée par les odeurs de cigarettes provenant des chambres voisines via la salle d’eau gâche totalement le séjour.
