“일단 스탭 분들이 정말 친절합니다. 숙소의 컨셉 자체가 '숨겨진 온천'이기 때문에 그런지 좀 외진 곳에 있지만, 픽업(미리 컨택한 경우)은 물론 식사, 관광, 쇼핑 등을 스탭이 운전해주는 차를 타고 즐길 수 있었습니다. 고객들과 스탭들이 편안하게 대화를 나눌 수 있는 분위기라서 혼자 여행했음에도 굉장히 즐거웠습니다. 숙소에서 본 경치나 온천, 전반적인 인테리어에서는 전통과 현대가 공존하는 느낌이 있었습니다. 노천탕에서 술 한 잔 가볍게 할 수 있었던 분위기는 특히 좋았습니다. 석식은 먹어보지 못 했지만, 일단 조식은 정갈한 느낌이 강했습니다. 쌀이 유명한 고장이라 그런지 확실히 밥 자체가 맛있었습니다. 가격이 싸지는 않았지만, 나쁘지는 않다고 생각되는 수준입니다. 결론적으로, 객실 수가 딱 3개라는 것 자체가 서비스를 오롯이 받을 수 있다는 뜻임을 확실히 느낄 수 있었습니다. 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 꼭 다시 묵고 싶네요.”

“Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....
