“The cabin is nice the host very nice. No bathroom towel it’s was very cold At Night and there was a fire place box. With only 3 Logs that were Too big To light with out kindling. Maybe a bit more attention to detail. I would stay again. ”

“The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

“Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....
