Dear Nancy,I'm sorry to hear that you did not get a chance to get a cup of coffee. So you know in the future if you choose to give our hotel another try. Our Starbucks Breakfast Bistro is open from 6am-10am Monday - Friday and 7am-11am on weekends with coffee and breakfast items for purchase. When that is not open, we have complimentary guest coffee in our lobby.Have a wonderful day!

Hello Elizabeth,I do apologize that you are disappointed with our hotel not offering complimentary breakfast.We do however offer mobile dining which is similar to room service.Housekeeping is upon request or every 3rd day of stay, with your reservation being a single night if you wanted your room to be cleaned, I can send someone up before you check out today, just let us know!
