Positive: - Staff was great and good food options for breakfast. Negative: -My room barely had any water flow in the sink. Could not use it to wash up or brush teeth. Staff was aware of the issue but hotel management has not fixed it still. - Gym did not have a bench to perform any work out routines. Dumbell rack is nice with good amount of weights. Overall property needs to be cleaned up and alot of maintenace to care for.

Any other week, this hotel should be a great choice to stay in downtown. Large rooms, convenient parking (additional), good breakfast choices a la carte, attentive staff... just that this time, as summer starts, and on a weekend, the AC failed in the whole building. There were also some renovations taking place at the same time, and the water heater was somehow affected. They did their best to ease the situation, providing complimentary water bottles, breakfast vouchers and free parking. I would give them another try.

Front desk staff was excellent! Helped with an early check in and offered a complimentary bottle of water. The room had an odor that wasn’t awful, but wasn’t pleasant. The toilet plunger situated between my room and the next was off putting to say the least. The toilet didn’t flush well, but did eventually flush which was a plus. The shower first sputtered as if the water had recently been shut off. This may seem silly, but the bath towels smelled like burnt caramel corn. Parking was convenient. Easy walk to the convention center.

The hallways were extremely warm, like bake in the summer heat warm. Or almost like a sauna. Our hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. But, my husband loved the chocolate chip cookies and the staff members were super nice and friendly.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful as was the waitress in the hotel when we had breakfast the hotel should not even be booking guests right now as it is under renovation and we had to change rooms a few times because lacking amenities: broken fan. Smoke smelling room and water being shut off for a time with no communication or prior notification. Would not at all recommend this hotel. Poor experienced outside of the two female staff members I mentioned They were great.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. When checking in, there were a lot of people, but only 1 person working the desk and he was also trying to train a new associate. This young man, curly black hair and mustache (I didn’t get his name) was the saving grace of this whole experience. He went over and above and was very professional with the checking in chaos. The major downside was there was no AC in the rooms. Each room was over 75 degrees with the hallways being extremely warmer than the room. Luckily the windows opened up a little bit.

The room was clean. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. The cookies were a nice touch. The beds were not comfortable. I felt like I was at an angle and the mattress felt like it was on a board. We were there 4 nights and only had our trash taken and fresh towels once. I had to call multiple times to get towels and trash out. Our beds were never made. The restaurant/bar was closed most of our stay and when it was open, they did not have a cook and limited stock of beverages. Definitely opportunities for improvement.

The property was conveniently located. It was close to shopping, various eateries, and the convention center where the volleyball tournament was held. The pics of the hotel showed a pool but no pool was onsite. Trash was not picked up daily and we stayed there for 6 days. The staff was nice.
