This was an excellent place to stay while in the twin cities for a weekend. Full kitchen, comfortable quiet room, good breakfast and excellent parking right near our room.

My hot water didn't work and I had to change rooms and was not compensated for the failure. The maint guy was very nice and staff ok. Good thing i wasn't on a business trip or I would have been later for work.

Fair warning, the fireplaces are not operable. That was a reason we selected the room so we were disappointed

Nice room. Hallway noise.
Very nice room and can't hear other rooms, but poor sound dampening of door means loud hallway noise. Otherwise very good.

Great hotel! Love the kitchen in the room, very spacious and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location (for us). Easy to get on the main roads that take you into Minneapolis/Bloomington. We will definitely stay again.

A relaxing week at the Residence Inn
I throughly enjoyed my ten day stay at the Residence Inn in Eden Prairie. My room/mini apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The maintenance and cleaning teams were constantly working and always smiling. Both teams appeared to take great pride in their jobs and had a sense of ownership. I highly recommend the Residence Inn in Eden Prairie. Take a dip, play some basketball, get a work out or just relax and read a book. This hotel is very well managed. Enjoy your stay.

The full kitchen is very nice. Access through the sliding glass doors was convenient. I wish it had another chair at the kitchen counter, as we had 4 in our room.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!
The staff was very friendly, The room was very clean ,overall the place is so cute! The whole place is set up with small little building scattered all over the property , like little cottages. Very clean.

The property was very unique. The room was updated, but outside there were decks filled with trash, people came in with the door slamming at all hours and out AC in the room did not work. It was VERY HOT. Breakfast was amazing and out son enjoyed the basketball courts.

Family style lodging
Residence Inn by Marriott in Eden Prairie was like a home away from home. Room with loft and 2nd bathroom + Full kitchen made everything convenient when staying for 5 days. Staff was AMAZING. Breakfast was always good. swimming pool was used daily by the kids + basketball court. Bed in Master Bedroom was very uncomfortable, but besides that...total 5 STARS

The loft and set up was great Down-side- the area felt unsafe. We had neighbors that were obviously smoking inside at all hours which made for poor air quality indoors. I have young children and was not happy with that.

Hotel is like a townhouse complex vs hotel. Rooms were nice and clean.The rooms have kitchenette which is handy for extended stays. Parking is close to rooms. Main building is where daily breakfast and lobby are. Exterior is a bit shabby but rooms and lobby are nice. Location is near lots of shopping and restaurants and convenient to major roadways. *Not fireplaces in rooms are just for "looks" they are non functioning.

Extremelly rude and not freindly service. Honestly never saw such of thing for many years. Confusing! The location is one of best locations in Minnesota (one of best subrubs of Minneanapolis) so we simply don not understand why the reception desk was so no freindly. It was like they did not like our faces or whatever. We took the manager business cart and will definetly send some reports to the main office.
