It was amazing! Not to mention the Staff was so sweet and very,very kind! Especially Taylor the beautiful woman at the front desk! She is a breath of fresh air just all around amazing soul!!

Fine for a business or personal trip for a solo person. I had a clean room that was adequate in amenities, and I’d stay there again. Wouldn’t take my girl on a romantic getaway here but it does the trick for a week stay for a single guy

One of the worst places I have stayed in due to how dirty the place was, it was full of bugs and the kitchenette was disgusting.

Spacious room and is tidy! A maze of buildings makes it a bit confusing. Also no hot continental breakfast like was stated in the write up and that’s unfortunate!

Sonesta apparently sold this property. It is in the process of being converted to apartments. Hotels.com still showed it as hotel with full amenities. Pool was closed and there was no breakfast or maid service.

Love the king suite, however the last room had pet hair on most areas and dishes weren't clean. I cleaned most of it though.

This hotel was overbooked and we were not informed until we got there. My advice is to make certain that this doesn't happen to you if you are planning to stay there by calling ahead of time.

Room was nice, clean, everything that was listed. Suited our needs. Had I done a bit more research would have discovered the rooms were accessible from outside. My travel companions weren't so keen on the stairs to get to the room, but considering most of our stay they only have to travel up them once a day was ok. The only negative I would give is the shower/tub drained slowly. By the end of the shower I was standing in a couple inches of water.

This property is not described accurately. They no longer serve breakfast (part of the reason I booked it), my room was not clean, there was only a half roll of TP in the room, everything was old/tired looking, their keycard system was not working, which meant coming/going was difficult. Stay somewhere else!

House keeping was requested multiple times and never came to clean yhe room not even once. There was so much ice and snow build up on the stairs and on the walkway.
