All in all a perfect budget friendly hotel in the heart of Oslo! With access to main entrance, luggage room and the hotellrom from the website. Just send e message on WhatsApp if you need something, and they answer immediately.

This hotel is mix of old and new. Old building and rooms using new app based interactions for check-in and other stuff. App is convenient but does not work most of the time. Have to read and follow all the instructions. No one there to help during off hours. Building is run down and needs cleaning, change of carpet. Staff is very limited but friendly. Rooms are quite and have all the needed amenities.

Excellent helpful multilingual staff, great breakfast buffet, comfy bed, close to multiple forms of transportation.

Centrally located in Oslo. Easy to get to sites, restaurants and pubs.

Overall this was an ok experience, and we would return to this hotel, however it didn't met the standard of a luxury property. Pros: - Breakfast is outstanding. One of the best hotel breakfast we had ever. - The hotel is very well located, minutes to the train station and close to city center. - The hotel is well maintained and generally clean. - The gym is very well equipped. Cons - The rooms have no phones, which means you have to take the elevator down to the ground floor every time you need anything. - The room is not very well supplied. No coffee creamer, one pod for 2 people. - The tv only has a handful of channels. - You have to tap your key card to lock and unlock your room door. Most hotels room doors lock automatically. - Our mini fridge was not working.
