Spacious room, good value, just hot at night

Really great room for the price, large and spacious, clean and quality service. Unfortunately the air conditioning for the whole floor I was staying in wasn't working so it would get quite hot at night.

Do not stay at this hotel! Very rude front desk staff, horrible rooms, terrible bed, couldn't sleep at all. Very old furniture, couch leather was peeling off, disgusting. Please stay somewhere else.

The room really not comfortable the bed very old also the bathroom when you want to enter be careful to hit your feet because the door not straight with the floor and I had many times problem and I hit my feet because the floor don’t straight the other problem, which is really important I I forgot in the room Something privacy and after check out I called the hotel and I ask about what I forget in the room, but they told me there is nothing and I’m sure I forget it in the room but the housekeeping said there’s nothing

Good value for money but unlikely to stay here

Hotel is dated but rooms are spacious and comfortable. Receptionists are rude, don’t understand the basic customer service skills, hardly speak English (which is not an issue but given this is a hotel they can at lest attempt to use google translator), don’t understand how to resolve issues.i used the spa and it was great. Had a massage with a guy and he was very good. Gym was ok. Lobby area looks like Soviet times which I like but surely not for everyone’s taste. Hotel is far from the centre but yandex is very cheap and easy to get. Don’t let distance put you off. It feels this hotel caters for Russians only.

The hotel experience falls far below expectations. The room fails to meet the detailed description provided. In the family room, which was promised to have 2 twin beds and 2 king beds, we were instead provided with 2 twin beds and only 1 king bed. Furthermore, the room itself is in a state of disarray, with noticeable dirt and grime. Upon using the tap, brown water mixed with sand flows out, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. The condition of the toilet is equally disappointing. Horrible cigarettes smell around whole hotel.

Very comfortable, acceptable price

The hotel is not close to the city centre, but has large very comfortable rooms and good service, as well as free fitness area. Breakfast might be improved, however it's acceptable.

На завтраке 24.01 в период 07-45...08-15 не было вообще никакой питьевой воды. Персонал говорил что их колбу унесли мыть, а резервной у них нет! И это в отеле который пишет себе четыре заезды!!!
