War schade dass das Zimmer um 17.15 noch nicht bezugsbereit war. um 17.40 hats dann geklappt.

Es war sehr ruhig, perfekt Parkplätze, Zimmer sauber. Leider hat der Heiztrockner für die Badetücher nicht funktioniert, der Haartrockner hat gefehlt und wenn wir einen Tag länger geblieben wären hätten wir WC Papier besorgen müssen

Einmalig uns hat es besonders gut gefallen. Top Lage, Super Zimmer und cooles Check in-out. Einzig die Stühle mit Sitzkissen auf dem Balkon. Es gibt da bessere Lösungen (Verwitterung). Vielen Dank und gerne kommen wir wieder.

Het concept is leuk, inchecken werkt eenvoudig, de kamer is groot, maar voor een gebouw met de grandeur van vervlogen tijden wel een beetje ‘clean’ ingericht. Wat met name tegenvalt is dat als je dan zo’n concept zonder personeel inricht en je beneden een paar candy machines neerzet, zorg dan dat ze werken! Bij ons at de machine 4 euro op zonder iets te geven. Dat is een domper op zo’n moment.

After a long hike uphill to reach the hotel, the lift failed which meant I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. Then the electronic key to my room didn't work. There were no staff on hand to sort the problem out. It was getting late and my only option was to check into another hotel down the road. Thank goodness they had space.

Usel incheckning men bra läge

Problem. Med incheckningen gjorde vi tvingades ringa hotellet, maila hotellet och ringa hotels.com för att få hotellets egna bokningskod för incheckning, asjobbigt efter 10 timmar i bil med barn. Hade de bara mailat koden hade de fått 4/5

E- Hotel , es gibt keine Rezeption oder Ansprechpartner in dem Hotel. Unser Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt . Einen Föhn hätte es auf Anfrage gegeben, aber ich habe niemanden erreicht. Während des Aufenthaltes wäre eine Dame zuständig gewesen, diese hat aber am Wochenende ihr Telefon auf ein anderes Hotel umgeleitet . Diese Dame dort , hatte uns versichert, dass noch jemand kommt und das Zimmer reinigt , ist leider nicht passiert. Das Zimmer war am Check in Sauber, ausser einem grossen Klebrigen Fleck am Boden vor der Balkon Türe. Wenn das Hotel voll ist , gibt es nicht genügend Parkplätze.

Ik kan het concept van geen personeel in een hotel en alles elektronisch niet echt waarderen. Klachten kan dus alleen via een telefoonnummer. Hotel stond in een goede omgeving en was op zich mooi. Kamer en badkamer waren uitstekend.

Wir haben ein Dreier-Zimmer gebucht. Aber das Zimmer wurde nur für zwei Betten bereit gemacht. Das Bettsofa mussten wir selber machen. Fanden wir nicht so cool, da die Zimmer ja nicht wirklich billig waren. Und da es keine Reception gab, konnte man auch nicht reklamieren.
