“The way they have this listed is like you ate getting the house but actually they put you in a cottage, which was nice and clean just a little confusing otherwise everything was great.”

“Nice little home that’s located close to downtown. It was great for what we needed. It is not handicapped friendly, tho. Currently (May 2026), there is a high 1-step front door entry that could be easily fixed with a sturdy second platform step up from the nice front porch to make it easier to get in and out. It also has a nice upgraded single bathroom, but the claw tub is deep without a handrail and no suction in-tub bath mat to keep a person from falling. The rain shower is great however....

“When we arrived at 11:30 in the evening the central air system was completely off and it was a muggy 84 degrees inside. It took all night to get the place cooled down. The grass was extremely high and had not been mowed and this is extra concerning in an area with venomous snakes. The beds were very comfortable and the place was furnished well enough and had charming decor. However, the home is very uneven and almost feels like you are running down a hill from the living room to the dining room...
