"This hotel was the absolute best stay, and I booked it completely on a whim! From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Since I was early, they safely stored my luggage and allowed me to use the restroom while I waited, and they ultimately even granted me an early check-in. As a solo female traveler, safety is my top priority, and I felt incredibly secure here because the doors feature an extra locking mechanism. The room itself was spotlessly clean and came fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a great kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and iron, alongside a pristine bathroom and a cozy bed. To make things even better, the train station is located just outside the hotel, making transit incredibly convenient, and there are several shops and restaurants right nearby. I would rate this a 5-plus star experience!"

"The room and location was great but be mindful parking is not guaranteed and the nearby recommended place (about 5 minute walk) will set you back €40 for 2 nights. 5% per night city tax isn't included in price either. Neither of these things are a problem if it is clear up front, which i don't think it was when booking. WhatsApp is the best way to communicate, we didn't get replies via Expedia or email. The room was comfy, clean and quiet and the location was a short walk or tram ride from everything we wanted to see. Would return but budget the extra amount beforehand"

"The room was clean and what we expected. The price was reasonable for our two-night stay. The staff was helpful (1 in person, 1 via telephone). The location was excellent for us as we do our sightseeing via public transit. The code to our room would not work and after finally tracking down a good telephone number, we were told there was an issue with our original room and we had been given a different room. It was not ready at the 1500 check in time and it was roughly 1630 before we could actually get into our room. We would suggest the telephone numbers be updated on the various signs on the property."
